Why it matters
Graft counts are how hair transplants are planned, priced and compared. But a number alone says little: what matters is how many follicular units your donor area can safely give over a lifetime, and how they are distributed for a natural pattern.
When to ask questions
If a quote promises a very high graft count from a limited donor area, ask where those grafts come from and what reserve remains for the future. Overharvesting is permanent.
